Chili (w/small red beans and local ground lamb)
Oyster crackers

Fried Cabbage w/broccoli/carrots
Rice
Bean Soup

Baked fish
Rice
Chopped spinach

Fish hoagies
Broccoli slaw w/raisins/pineapple

Chili
Grilled cheese on wheat

I need to quit eating for about 3 months LOL I should start posting all the exercise videos I have to use to keep eating like this. *smh*
