Free Bulbs!

This may have been the 3rd time that I recall my electric company sending out coupons for free fluorescent bulbs.
The first time I procrastinated and never sent it back.  The next time the sent large ($5-$7) dollar off coupons to use only at Wal-Mart.  I took months to redeem because they were always sold out all over town *smh*

This time we mailed in a coupon and got 4 bulbs in the mail! Whooo-Hooo!
