ABDC, as the hip one's call it, is BACK! This is really one of the last fun family shows out and suprisingly it is on MTV.
If you haven't watched it with a child you are missing a treat. My 4 yo and her 5 yo friends love this show and crack me up imitating the moves which are all G-rated, though admittedly a bit dangerous.
You can hit up YouTube! and put in ABDC + Jabbawockees or ABDC + beat freakz and see some of the best performances.America's Best Dance Crew - MTV - Sunday's beginning August 9th at 9pm (usually reairs during the week at 4 or 5p)
